Olurotimi Aju possesses a strong analytical mind which he consistently deploys in servicing the Firm’s Clients. He practices in the areas of Foreign Investments, Energy and Natural Resources Law, Corporate and Project Finance, Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003, he joined the Firm the same year.
He was admitted to partnership in September, 2011 and appointed a Notary Public in December, 2012.

Experience
Olurotimi Aju has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, having acted as counsel in several domestic arbitration references and as an expert on issues of Nigerian Law in foreign arbitration proceedings.
He has also presided over disputes submitted to him for conciliation.
Olurotimi Aju advises one of the world’s largest deep offshore companies in respect of various aspects of the operations of its Nigerian subsidiaries and constantly provides estate legacy planning and succession advice to the Trustee arm of a leading commercial bank.
He delivers first-rate Company Secretarial services to several of the Firm’s corporate clients.
